Israeli court enforces CC License for the first time

The Creative Commons License has been enforced by an Israeli court for the first time.
The court ruled that if you use Creative Commons licensed material you must comply with the given conditions. In this case, a book publisher took photos without attribution.
That adds another country to the list of places where publishers can rely on a free licensing model to protect their properties and themselves.
