Ballpoint Pens And The First Computer Are Now 70 Years Old

Isn't that interesting? Arguable, the first Computer, Zuse Z3, is even older than the first ballpoint pen patent. 70 years ago. 1943 Bíró & Meyne filed a patent for the first usable ball pen to write on paper.

This feels so weird. I mean, ballpoint pens are around forever, right? But that's how one can be mistaken. Actually, Computers are a bit older. The Zuse Z3 is from 1941. The Colossus Mark 1 computer from 1943.
So if someone saying "nothing is better than the good old pen", you can bravely answer that the computer is even older :D.
