Adobe Flash Plugin Stopped Working

Strange thing... On my 64-bit Ubuntu 10.04 installation, the Flash-Plugin stopped working with Chrome. No problem with Firefox.
On my 32Bit-System Chrome has no problems. Another link to the plugin corrupted? Or a mess up with Google Chrome for 64 Bit and Flash? Now that's a pity. I''ll take a look into it, tomorrow. I have to play CityVille again (^.^)
