Japanese News Agency Kyodo says fire-department reports that another Reactor in Tokai, south of Fukushima, has a failed cooling system. A reactor without cooling can get critical very fast, even after a shutdown. It needs to be cooled for weeks. Otherwise there is a possibility of another core meltdown.
Several news services are now reporting. That's the 6 reactor with no, or only emergency cooling. And 1 with a radioactive leak (Onagawa).
You can't blame someone for the natural disasters. But you CAN for this nuclear hell: The nuclear industry !
